Calls are rated in 6 second increments with a 30 second minimum. Includes direct dial calls only. Advantage 800 — This is a terminating 800 number plan. The calling area includes the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico/Virgin Islands & Canada. The monthly service fee is $4.95. Terminating 800 calls are billed at $.14/minute in all areas except Canada. Canada is $.40/minute. This rate is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls are rated in full minute increments, rounded up to the next full minute.
