2 Hours (120 minutes) of Nationwide Long Distance -
$6.95/month

Ø      Package per minute rate is 6 cents

Ø      Applies to 1 + direct dialed calls to the 48 contiguous United States

Ø      Calls to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands are 16 cents per minute per call(not included in the 120 minutes of calling time)

Ø      Additional per minute rate after exceeding package minutes is 10 cents

Ø      Minimum billing rate is one minute

Ø      Billing increment after the initial minute is a full minute

Ø      Minutes do not roll over into next toll or billing cycle

Ø      Billing cycle is a 30 day month.  Billing will be prorated if plan is activated after billing cycle begins.  (Per day rate is 23 cents for proration calculation)

Ø      Toll Cycle starts on the 21^st of the month and ends on the 20^th of the following month.   Minutes will be prorated if plan is activated after the toll cycle begins.  If prorated minutes are exceeded, billing will be at the additional per minute rate of 10 cents per minute.  (4 minutes per day for proration calculation)

Ø      International calls are restricted.

Ø    Additional charges apply for directory assistance or operated assisted calls.

Ø      Package per minute rate is 3.3 cents

Ø      Applies to 1 + direct dialed calls to the 48 contiguous United States

Ø      Calls to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands are 16 cents per minute per call(not included in the 300 minutes of calling time)

Ø      Additional per minute rate after exceeding package minutes is 10 cents

Long distance calls are billed at $.13/minute in all areas except Canada. Canada is $.20/minute. This rate is available 24 hours a day, 7days a week. Calls are rated in full minute increments, rounded up to the next full minute. Includes direct dial calls only.
 

Advantage 800

Ø  This is a terminating 800 number plan. The calling area includes the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico/Virgin Islands & Canada. The monthly service fee is $4.95. Terminating 800 calls are billed at $.14/minute in all areas except Canada. Canada is $.40/minute. This rate is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls are rated in full minute increments, rounded up to the next full minute.
